Episode I

Rover Ruckus

 

We began the season with only two members, one from FLL #9701, one from FTC #7398, and then met our third one at the annual kickoff. The season started out a bit rough and a bit late with funds, but we stepped up to the challenge. We reverse-engineered the suspension system of the Mars Rover to put on their robot

for the Flowood, MS, competition.

We left as rookies with a lot of

experience and a will to win

the next alliance!

 

Episode II

Skystone

 

With our humble shop set up and ready to go, Slight Malfunction went on to win the Collins Aerospace Innovate Award and the Control Award presented by ARM. We secured a spot at the MS State Championships where we brought home the Innovate Award again!

Quite an achievement!

After helping Boy Scouts learn about robotics, teaching FLL Jr kids about engineering, sharing our ideas with a community development team, winning three awards and plenty of nominations, we are ready for the next adventure!

 

Episode III

Game Changers

 

With times of uncertainty amidst Covid-19, Slight Malfunction is still ready to be Game Changers! We have been unable to meet up for quite awhile, but plans are in the works for an amazing season of building, learning, bonding, and winning! With the Ultimate Goal Season in mind, we are ready to align ourselves with

knowledge and team spirit for the win!
